Terms and Conditions:

  • Additional $10 delivery surcharge for delivery to off shore island (Sentosa/Jurong Island) and Central Business District. Please refer to the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01,04,05,06,07,08; Marina Square – 03,17; Orchard – 22,23; Bras Basar – 18,19.
  • Actual delivery time will vary from 30 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time
  • This serve as a confirmation to your order. We will proceed with the order upon receiving acknowledgement by Fax, SMS or email
  • Should you like to cancel or not proceed with this order, do contact the respective Sales Person at least 2 working days before the function date
  • Collection of catering on the next following day will be chargeable at $50 per trip
  • Breakages and damages to any equipment shall be charged to customers accordingly
  • Upon confirmation, no change in minimum guaranteed pax and delivered details is allowed.
  • Upon confirmation, cancellation of catering order will incur a penalty of 50% of total food price.
  • Should cancellation be made only within 24 hours from event date, there is a penalty of 90% of total food price imposed on customer.
  • All food is to be served at lift landing or ground level. Additional $50 will be imposed on customer for location that is not at lift landing level. (Limited to a maximum of 2 floors)
  • Food best consume within 2 hours and last collection will be at 10pm.  Should there be late collection for timing between 10pm to 11:30pm, we will charge a fee of $60 for late collection.
  • Delivery Time may vary from 1 hour before the meal time.
